| Among many attractions, the feature attraction of the relaxing aesthetic design of the Green Terrace Complex is focused on the enclosed tropical garden atrium. The atrium is filled with large tropical trees and hundreds of plants, two water gardens with water falls, and incorporates the use of beautiful custom designed solar skylights. The clean air quality is a constantly monitored and computer controlled environment. |

The service facilities extend out from the atrium and are entered from the atrium through enclosed garden walks which are covered with decorative solar skylights.
The service facilities are detached from the atrium by separate roof lines and firewalls. Each facility is individually licensed and permitted by the appropriate regulatory authority to meet their requirements for the service level the facility provides; additionally the facility is fitted with an approved fire safety sprinkler protection system. Each facility proudly displays its own unique interior decor. The spacious resident rooms in each facility contain private baths, large bay windows and are equipped with the latest advancements in internet technologies. The core areas of each separate facility contain the facility's dining and sitting areas and are covered with decorative solar skylights. For additional fire safety the food preparation area is detached from the atrium by seperate roof lines and firewall, is and safely located away from the service facilities. Food services are provided through arrangements with an independent contract food service provider for each individual facility. |
